1. One Time Password (OTP) is mandatory for PIN Generation
2. The One Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to your mobile number registered
with the Bank.
3. Use the OTP received within the validity period to authorise your online shopping
transactions.
4. A fresh OTP has to be generated on a daily basis for authorising Service Request
queries. Each OTP will be valid till 23:59:59 hrs of the same day and can be used
any number of times within this period.
5. It is mandatory to update your latest mobile number details with us to avail
of this feature.
6. DO NOT reveal your login credentials, OTP and confidential user related details
to any fictitious phone calls or fraudulent emails purportedly initiated from the
Karvy. Karvy does not ask for any such sensitive information from customers.
7. Please beware of fraudulent emails asking you to register for this service and
seeking updation of sensitive user related information by clicking on a link within
the email. This feature does not require prior registration.
